Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket

Location was good. But the staff failed to accommodate the guests because they could not see the 2nd and 3rd day booking, despite showing the staff of confirmation numbers. This is poor customer service.

Compared with other Four Star hotels in New Delhi, this hotel did not live up to the FOUR star standard.

Due to a misunderstanding, I believed my reservation was for four nights. In fact, my coworker had made a separate booking for the remaining three nights. On the morning in question, I left the hotel briefly to shop at the nearby mall. When I returned to my room, hotel staff informed me that I needed to vacate immediately, stating that my reservation had ended. I explained that there must have been a misunderstanding, as I believed my booking covered four nights. After contacting my coworker, I confirmed that a second reservation existed for the remaining three nights.I relayed this information to the front desk, and they appeared to understand the situation. However, despite this, I was charged for an additional night on top of the night already covered by my original booking, allegedly for not checking out on time. I was then required to leave the room while being charged for both the current night and an extra night. As a result, I was effectively charged twice for the second night.I believe this was an error and respectfully request a refund for the duplicate charge.

The property is nice and the staff is really very helpful and polite especially the manager Bhavay and attendants Nandita, Chavi and Rashi. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The location is great, two adjacent malls lots to do before 11PM although we we always arrived sometime close to the mall closing time. The rooms were clean and had centralized heating which kept us warm in the winter. Hot water was always available fresh toiletries every day, cleaned towels. Room service was great. I have to speak about their complementary breakfast since that was one of the most amazing serve I had in all of the hotels I have stayed so far. Their tea is great, food was awesome, Indian and western breakfast.

Their check-in process is a bit tedious for every guest who arrives but I think that is needed for security. We had three rooms booked and my brother visited us 1 morning - arrived at 5:30 am and left at 10 am. They collected his id and checked him as guest but did not charge additional which was good.

The Hotel charged me with 6 international calls never done on the invoice and a complaint lodged at the reception and with the Manager. To date there is no response or the refund. Utterly disappointed on this manipulation.

Value for money. Staff realy good especially Sagar from India Grills.

Little more cleaning of rooms

Would prefer WiFi information to be provided automatically in writing at the time of check-in. Would also prefer that guests be allowed more self-service with luggage and also at the buffet breakfast.Excellent place to stay, overall.

Dated property. Rooms need serious upgrade. Things in the room were either broken or dirty. Sheets had stains. Just overall disappointed to see that they didn’t maintain these standards from the time I stayed here 3 years ago.

the rooms need a serious upgrade. I stayed 3 years ago and since then its deteriorated. everything was dated. phones didn't work. there was a constant disturbance when you dialed the numbers and couldn't hear the people on the other side. i stayed in two separate rooms as my bookings were 11-14 Oct and 17-18 Oct and both rooms left a lot to be desired. desk drawers didn't close, stains on the carpet and furniture, very dated worn-out look. toilet seats were low, so was hard for my mother to sit and get up. fresh sheets and towels had stains on them. There was dust gathered on the corners of furniture. it just never felt clean. didn't expect such quality from a Hilton property!

in room number 512 the air-conditioning was bad, especially during the night it was very uncomfortable

While my trip began with a challenging note the management turned the experience around completely. They went above and beyond to compensate for the initial problems, providing a dinner on the house and a free ride to the airport. The excellent service from the staff, especially Mahendra in housekeeping, ensured my stay ended on a high note."

My stay was very positive, though I wanted to offer a few pieces of constructive feedback. The hotel's carpeting is likely an issue for those with allergies, and the initial problem with the air conditioner was a slight inconvenience.

Staff are not attentive as they were only doing formalities and not addressing the issues despite numerous reminders. Adding in honors points, room door locks, linen/pillow are now too old, bathroom and lobby are now looking too old. Have explained to their DM and GM.
